Where did you go on your honeymoon?

I haven’t gone yet, but our destination in October is Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They have tons of all-inclusive resorts – we used Villa Del Palmar as they have a lot of great reviews.

well i havent been married but when i do…im gonna go somewhere tropical and secluded so it’ll just be me and my husband and like 5 others that i dont know. i’d probably go to BARBADOS!!! oh yeaah. or you could always go to sandals lol

Cruises are nice for “all inclusive” type deals. You can also check out some Sandals packages thru your local travel agent. They have packages that even include alcoholic beverages.
I found (after searching online for months) that I got a better price thru the travel agent.
We went on Princess Cruise lines for the Mediterannean Cruise (Croatia/Greece/Italy/Turkey). It was amazing!!
But they have Hawaiian cruises if this is more your speed (beach/relaxing etc). A travel agent can totally help you – even if it’s just to get pricing. They can do anything from packages to Disney World to European style vacations.

We went on a week-long cruise through the Caribbean. Neither of us had ever been on a cruise before and we both liked the idea that we could sit back and relax, and have everything planned out for us!

We rented a house on St. John, I don’t recommend it. I got eaten alive by mosquitos. We rented another house there for our 10th anniversary, same problem, only worse. We went to a destination wedding in the Dominican Republic in December. It was ok. I recommend Mexico, I really liked it there. They have lots of all inclusive, which I don’t like so I can’t recommend a good place. Friends of ours honeymooned on St. Lucia and loved it. They went to an all inclusive place and had a great time.

My future husband and I will be going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica in September. We will be staying at a resort called Royal Plantation. It’s a small all inclusive resort. It’s a little pricier than the Sandal’s resorts but we wanted something a little more exclusive. If you have any questions, call them… they are absolutely amazing.
We originally wanted to go to Hawaii or Spain or Greece, but we figured that if we went there we’d end up walking around all over the place instead of spending quality time together. So, we decided on staying at an all inclusive resort.

I found a package on-line for my honeymoon. We stayed in Mackinac City, Michigan. The package included 2 nights stay in a great hotel. Tickets for the ferry to Mackinac Island. Tickets for 3 or 4 different tours on and off the island. It was really nice and we didn’t have to travel far to get there.

I have not got my honeymoon yet, but I’m going to go to Greece. They have an island Crete and there are some good packages for there. Talk to a travel agency, they will be a lot of help.
