Honeymoon Help?
Confused asked:
Does anyone know of any good sites to help decide where to Honeymoon? My Fiancee says she like Hawaii, but has been there a bunch of times.. So we are thinking about a Sandals Trip… But We’re not sure. Anyone have advice, or input. Anyone done the Sandals trips? Thanks

I’ve never done a Sandals trip, but Nantucket Island off the coast of Massachusetts is wonderful. It has cute cottages and a relaxed environment. Hilton Head is also great. It is very calm, with great beaches perfect for seeing the dolphins. If you are looking for something a little different, the Grand Canyon is always a memorable destination. Good Luck!!

We stayed at the Paradisus in Cozumel, Mexico. It was amazing, the island feel, without all the annoying college kids that inhabit Cancun. It had such a laid back feel, we got an all inclusive 6 day/5 night trip, including,air fare, room, all food, drinks(alcoholic included), pools, cab passes, and kayaking and snorkeling for about $1900(for both of us) through triple A traveling agency. It would be a great option if you want different than Hawaii, but still interesting and tropical. We were also a hop-skip-and a jump from the mainland, where we could visit the Mayan ruins. It was awesome. So I would suggest going through an agency like that! I would be careful to choose one that has a website and a local office that you can verfy exists and make last minute changes in person if necessary! Congratulations!

What type of people are you? Exclusive country club or “holes in the wall” Do you like to discover what the locals do or are you into luxurious pampering. Sandals is a line of resorts that specialize in honeymoons so for that reason it would be amazing if that’s the type of vacation you want. However, if you are back -door type adventure travellers then you’ll be trapped and probably not enjoy yourself.
This is your honeymoon! It’s yours. Don’t go somewhere because it’s where they tell you you’re supposed to want to go. You know?
